CUSTOMER COMPLAINT STATUS USING IVRS
When a customer faces any problem either in telephone service or customer care he can register complain through a simple call by recording the same after the beep on IVRS. This feature is provided by IVRS application in the sense that it records the customer words and generates complain number in chronological order. The complain number is given to the caller by IVRS and caller can reconfirm it and take his complain number.
After filing the complain, he is told by what time he will be reported back by the action taken in regard with his problem. If the time duration lapses and his problem has not been sought out, the caller can call again on the IVRS customer care and can assess the complain status by providing the given complain number
